Hi aztecannie.

Scroll down to upload a file and click on “take photo or upload from photo library”. Just select the photo from your library you wish to add and it should download. If you want to add a full size photograph just click on the full size button.

Depending how big the photo file is you may have to resize it as well.
You will need a photo resizing app.

If too big(pixels) on android select pic open option crop save upload .
Win 7 8-8.1open with paint resize (option pixels) and crop if you want to
