Help with windows (1 Viewer)

We have 'sticky windows' not the sort you get from the dogs nose being all over them ! .

The pic shows the stays that are fitted to hold the windows open and they have become a little rough feeling (since being in spain)when opening and trying to close , can anyone advise me please on whether they need a clean, a squirt of something??

PTFE or Silicone spray if rubbers nearby.

It's money well spent, lots of uses in the van, the main one for me is the seal in the toilet cassette

Ive been into the 'chinese sell everything shop' today and managed to find some
Sprayed in on the door seal and it actually closes now without slamming it ...will be spraying it anything and everything over the next day or so
