Have just bought cable 38 pin which doesn’t fit bought another from different supplier just in case but that doesn’t fit .
Look as if it should fit but doesn’t and am now told there are probably several different fittings wondered if anybody could help
as can’t find fault .
Thankyou

The obd plug in is standard but most Fiat and I guess it could include iveco require a specific to year / model plugged in to access the data.
They have different pin configuration although they will all plug in.

I think best thing might be to see if Martin comes along and has any ideas he really is great with things on the flair he has helped us so many times in the past so here’s hoping

If its an obd plug I had the same issue just would not plug in.
I found that by removing the protruding piece of the plug that made the pkug in more flexible a d went straight on.
Poor injection moulding.

I'm here but no help as usual, I know where the plug is but that's as far as my pay grade takes me.

A quick google shows me this quote, "This vehicle use a non standardized round OBD socket"

and I found this, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/26211495...d=link&campid=5338547443&toolid=20001&mkevt=1 but it sounds like you have got that far already.
