Hi and welcome to the fun house. :D

Ideally we need photos of the existing and new window to give suitable suggestions!

Hi, thanks for reply, windows I have are rubber sealed and windows I want to bond either over them or remove existing and then bond new windows, but I was thinking about security shall try and upload photos, I have removed both rear windows and put plates over, was going to get them sprayed but change of design inside will now remove them and replace with new windows, hard work those steel plates, cheers to all.

Ah, now I understand! I suspect the only real, and usable, way to do it is to remove the existing windows and put in new ones, either the overlapping ones or ones that fit the shape of the cut-out, either way it is likely to mean altering the shape of the opening to the size of the new windows, even the large overlapping ones still have to fit the opening so they seal properly and are weather tight.
