My wife has an Irish Passport, I have a uk passport. Can we both stay in the scheengen area of Europe for more than 90 days?
I would appreciate a valid answer as I do not wish to break the law.
Thank you.
Len.

Hi Len.

Simple answer would be No!

Unless you have odd ball residency rights somewhere else then you're stuck like the rest of us

Your wife with her Irish passport can stay as long as she likes. You can also as long as she is with you, as the spouse of an EU citizen but if in any state longer than 90 days woul have to apply for a resident permit. (89 days & move next door no problems. .
