Could it be the registration plate? It was so long ago I did ours that I cannot remember.

I have looked on the help bit on that page for you and make is the brand, Fiat, etc

The euro number might be on your V5, you can see it is just appearing on the example image on the V5 in the screenshot above.

Ignore all of it. All you're doing is volunteering your details. Unless you park in the middle of A few cities you're unlikely to get done for it.
We are stopping at Camping de Paris for 2 nights because our son has expressed an interest in going to the Louvre.
Just playing safe!

Well, it's ordered. Where it said mark I put Fiat. Class 4 sticker.
The only option in that help panel was brand for make. I am wondering if the Mark came from a poor translation of the French for car make - Marque ?

I understand about the tolls...it is the crit air that has me confused. Crit air 4 is burgundy and diesel 1st jan 2001-31st December 2005.

Breathe! You are perfectly ok!
Yes Mark is just poor translation and means Marque as pointed out by Riverbankannie well done girl!

And here to confirm you have the right Crit'air sticker ordered

9 mars 2018

If you want some paper to reassure you , in case you are being checked by the gendarme , I can prepare some explanation in French for you to print and give if required to the gendarmes
