Hello
Waiting to cross via tunnel, no gas at hob, did hit a large pot hole on way , is it possible it trip something? And where would I find cut off?

Hi, if you have an XL which is modern the gas tank is accessed from underneath but I would find the regulator Which is about a foot away from the underslung tank and check for a small button which has a cut off in case of crash it’s a little round button just press it in you should hear the gas rush through. If you have to turn off the tank for the tunnel regs. There is panel that unclips from the tank cover and the valve is there .good luck

Check the hose connected to the gas bottle it might have a button on it that switches the gas off in an emergency like a crash but this is the same scenario when you’ve hit the pot hole

On some hobs with a lift-up lid/cover it must be completely and totally all the way 'up'.
(No need to ask how I discovered this after twenty minutes of tea-free anxiety:( ).
