Help Bailey compact bed stopped working

We have a bialy compact and the bed won’t drop down how do we do it manually

Someone should be along before bedtime to get that bed down.

At the end of the motor there should be a hexagonal nut. Turn this manually to raise or lower the bed.

Do you have a picture? Where is the motor?

What model is it, are the electrics in good condition, is the switch working? Is it slow, or just dead?
