What is the lowest height over garage adjustable beds will go
Freind of mine is looking for a van his wife has MS
And finds it difficult to get into the bed on their carthago

We use a portable collapsible step as an aid to reach our nocturnal resting place. SHMBO is a fairly short version of Homo sapiens, has had a hip replacement, and finds it difficult to climb in to the nest without a run up or a step! Could this be a possibility? We use a single step version of this, around £5 from B&M.

Cheers!

Russ

You can get a fixed 'low bed' option on some models.
It means taking the front wheel out of a bicycle to get one in the garage, but quite 'do-able'.
Hymer & Carthago (used to) offer this on some models. Others have adjustable beds. The ease of getting into such beds will depend on the depth of the double floor and any steps.
