Good evening,
A friend recently bought a 51 Reg. CI Carioca 10 Motorhome. Unfortunately, it came without any manuals. He is having problems with heating his water on Electric. I have checked all the fuses under the passenger seat with a Fluke Multimeter, and they are all ok. I was wondering if there are any other fuses next to the water heater itself, although I couldn't see any. The water heater is located under the dinette seat behind the passenger seat, and infront of the wardrobe. I have included 2 pics of his control panel. I have advised him to have his water heater checked out professionally. If any funster has, or has had the same Motorhome and could advise, he would be most greatful.

There may be a separate 230v switch mounted elsewhere.... Marked 230v water heater... Or similar.
Mine was at floor level near the end of the settee base.

Not sure what type of water heater it's got but I do know that CI used to fit Trauma water heaters. If it's got a Trauma it may have a reset button on the front of the tank under a plastic cover. I know that my Trauma will trip if the water heater is turned on using electric if there is insufficient water in the tank as the element overheats.
