Hi, my burstner fan seems to be stuck on cold air only , fan seems to be stuck on and won’t switch off, only just had van (18 moths old) so not sure where all fuses are, have tried some but fan still in, help were freezing

Have you turned the heating off as it sounds like you don't have elec/gas heat to blow around but the fan is still trying to find some.

IF the gas supply has gone, OR have you got one of the "Safety" "Snap" valves at the Tank. When that trips all the gas is cut off they are suposed to act in event of an accident.

If that is the case all you do is press the reset button on the valve to restore supply.

P.S. I got caught with this after changing a gas bottle the first time after purchase as I did not know of it`s existence.

Will not turn off

Have just had gaslow fitted. Tanks full.
All tested okay.
Not sure where a rest valve would be
Gas to hob works and fridge.

Might be worth posting what controls and system you have but I don't know it well enough anyway so I'm out, best of luck.

Hubby driving at moment and I can’t reach book about, will get back soon. We are in a burstner viseo 680g if this helps, 18 months old

Tell us what heater and control panel you have, without that info we can just guess.
Depending on what system you have, they may be a reset setting for your heater that could get it working again,

Hi all

Seems we had not shut it off properly from last night, has to be shut down in correct sequence.

Now we have found a light bulb gone in smal lights around van, need to find right fuse. So much for our holiday.

Do you mean one has failed or are none working. Are they orange marker lights?

Yes, the marker lights have gone, one is black, so bulb gone and blown fuse somewhere

The fuse for that will be in the base vehicle fuse box and hopefully your manual tells you where this is which fuse.

Yes but we really only came up north to have ‘new’ satellite repaired. That’s done. Will try Lake District now, fuses later.... was our 51st wedding anniversary Sunday too.

Congratulations - Happy wedding anniversary - one day late but it's the thought that counts. :clap2:
