Not unless it effects the beam pattern so probably OK.
Makes you cringe the amount of people that leave beam benders permantly in place, anything over a few weeks is risking it with plastic headlamps.
Just read the instructions from the E Bay link. Looks quite clear how to do it.
Wash the water with the need to repair the headlamps, dry water stains, and then around the headlamps with tape wrapped around 2-3 laps.
Sandpaper with water soaked in the back of the sponge, the headlamps on the surface of the dirt part of the grinding off.
Squeeze the amount of blue powder on the headlamps, with sponge orange soft surface polished headlamps at least 2 minutes, know the headlamps shiny, and then talk sponge clean and clean.
Extend the black bag on the headlamps and wipe the headlamps with a soft sponge for at least 3 minutes. This step is used to protect against UV light.
