Is it the cords broken, or has the blind had it. 🤔

I have repaired two of those blinds, when the cord has come off it's guide at one side. I used the opposite blind as a template, to determine the route of the cord. (y)

Cheers,

Jock. :)

The one I repaired was the windscreen privacy blind that is quite different and more complicate.

I have repaired a window blind in the past, the cords are just held by a self tapper easy to sort, best done with the blind removed.

The blind is like concertina folded paper, in a cassette with a fly screen, no cords . We have just bought the motor home and the blinds are like new condition. It's an 06 van so I dont think they are as old as the van . I was looking ahead really for when they need replacements as they don't seem durable especially on the larger windows .

They look like paper but they have a foil layer in them, if I pull my blinds down they cut the wifi signal from the house.

Hi Lenny, I have managed to snap one of the cords on our front concertina blind. Is this what you have repaired?

Similar, mine is a privacy blind that pulls up from the bottom, my main blind is an electric aluminium one.
