Friends are looking at buying a Hobby PVC from them and have asked if anyone knows what they are like to deal with. Particularly after sales and/or dealing with warranty issues etc.
I volunteered to ask Forum members for feedback on their behalf.

We have had no issues, we did need warranty work doing, which was done without question. Is can sometimes take a while for the part to arrive(non mechanical). Last time we saw them was last year, the van had thrown a wobbly on our journey to a festival, the garage was on our way. Quickly phoned to see if they’d look at the van, they said bring it in, knew what the problem was straight away, put another customer on hold while our van was dealt with and we were on our way. Can’t fault the service manager, he has always gone that extra mile.(name escapes me at the mo)

Your welcome, I forgot to mention there was no charge for the wobbly incident either.

I purchased an oldish A class a few years a go from them , other than there promise to have it ready at 2 pm on the day ( actually turned out to be be 7pm ) they were quite good.
as to warrantee work , it was a bit difficult as we live way down south on the Isle of Wight.
We had a couple of water leaks in the roof but I explained the expensive to go all the way back & could I get a local dealer do the work & for Hartleys to pay them direct , yep no problem they said and as good as they word .
So I can only say I was pleased with them.
