Has anyone used them and, if so, are they okay or not?

I've had a quote from a local tyre depot for a couple of Hankook 213/70R 15CP 109R at £95 each fitted - does that sound a reasonable price?

I think these are one of @Jaws favourites!

We had them fitted on the last van, a transit and we were quite happy with them, since changing our vanand it has camper tyres on the ride seems quieter and smoother.

I've used them on the car & have just put some Hankook Valtra LT on the van.

Got them on the RV, seem fine.

I don't have them but I noticed a brand new Mercedes in the car park at work with them on, so obviously ok for Mercedes !

They fit them to new VW's

I hade them on a mini when I changed from run flats

Good tyres just make sure correct rating

Put some 4 season ones on the last van, harsh ride for first 500-1000 miles then they were fine.
I paid £70 for 225x75/15 from Openo cost £10 to get fitted.

When fitting van tyres instead of camping tyres load rating should be 10% higher that your max load.

I've just put 2 vanco m/s on front of our van so far they are by far definitely quieter then the uni royals we had on plus traction seems better
Time will tell as to wear.

Drove a brand new Mercedes last week same make tyre from thr factory.
A bit noisy and I am deaf

Had them previously but moved over to EuroVan 2's this time. Bigger treads and seem to do better off road. Plus cheaper.

I paid £280 fully inclusive fitted for a set of 4.

Hankooks were good though.

Our i800 camper came with them factory fitted. I have no issues whatsoever.

I've used them extensively on all of our vehicles, my verdict goes as follows: Low road noise, excellent grip especially in adverse weather conditions, long tread life, very good resistance to UV light, so no cracking of tread or sidewalls. I found they were way better than the better known manufacturers. I believe that the better known caravan companies are fitting them as standard.

Hi there Hankook is an excellent product ,im assuming that the size you have printed is wrong and that it should be 215/70/15 ,just make sure they have quoted you on the Vantra RA18 which is the current tyre .Even though the RA18 is a commercial van tyre it is very well suited to motorhomes .give me a ring on 07802 661334(y)

I paid £100 per tyre fitted at home. They were 16 size and a higher rating of 116. Hankook advise a 10% safety margin on weight for tyres used on motor homes.

Have used Hankook for quite a few years on my last two motorhomes. Well pleased with them and reckon they are a lot better on grass and wet fields than the Michelin and Conti so called camper specials.

Had three blow outs in six months with Goodyear RV tyres 28000 miles five year old van

Just bought seven of them and delighted paid over &2k with fitting 245x70x19.5 and very happy

I heard of someone who uses car tyres on his van because they are cheaper. Unfortunately the maximum pressure for his car tyres is 20/30 psi lower than needed for his van. I hope I am not on the same bit of road when one of them overheats and blows. Not sure his insurance company would be very sympathetic either.

Yep two on the front of mine, nicer ride than the Mitchelins (y)

Just replaced the other 2 tyres with Hankooks at £104 each fitted at home.
