Handbrake Cable?

I need a new handbrake cable for my 2004 Hymer B654, due to the Alco chassis it's not a Fiat part. Following great advice off here a while ago I've used Coastal Motorhomes for various bits and bobs I've needed (highly recommend them) however they stated it would have to be custom made? Any thoughts on who might supply one off the shelf?

I imagine it would be quicker to get a custom one made than to find someone who stocked something so unique. It's not like you're trying to find one for a 2006 VW Polo! Unless Hymer themselves can supply.

Lots of companies can do this, as a quick Google search will show.
