Went to a couple of local tyre shops Friday late am to see if they had any stock of Michelin Cross Climate in 15 inch, no joy cant get you one until Monday.
Rang a few others , all the same no stock.
Found Halfords tyres on the drive and they were quoting £98.99 including valve balancing and fitting, which I thought was a fair price.
They are coming to deliver and fit today , I will report back as soon he has completed the job.

Well the Halfords fitter arrived said he had never done a Mercedes twin wheel set up but got on with it , air jack under it wheel off in minutes
removed three year old michelin tyre , like brand new except for all the cracks in the side wall, fitted new tyre and tighten wheel then torque wrench to correct specification.
Must say I was impressed , off to Scotland tomorrow .

Used them for the car during first lockdown. Very good price and service.

Enjoy Scotland. 👍

They may have changed the valves but I bet they put rubber valves in rather than metal.
Rubber aren't suitable for the pressures needed on a motorhome.

Are twin wheel axles a bit lower pressure than single wheel?

He didn't change the valve just the core because on twin wheel set up there's a rubber pipe and a fitting with a mixture of brass and steel or possibly alloy that wouldn't come apart so I suggested he leave it and just change the core.
I use 4.48 bar (65 psi ) on my set up.
