It was that time again to have our annual habitation service. We were a little disappointed with the last business we used (who I won't name) so tried Kiwi Leisure Solutions based in Ripley, Harrogate so not far from York. We know that most, if not all, mobile service businesses are busy now and getting busier as Christmas approaches. However, I emailed them for an appointment and received a reply from Julia, with a suggested date almost by return.
The appointment date was just over a week from booking and took place today. Chris and Reece arrived, by agreement early. They were very friendly, efficient and thorough. Having watched a number of habitation services over the years, I was impressed by the extent of the services they performed. So impressed that I will now use them to carry out a repair to our fridge (which is freezing everything in the salad drawer and above) and to repair the habitation door with the dreaded Hartal shortcomings.
Their charges were the same as I paid last year and considering the extra serivces they carried out (compared to the previous provider) and the care they showed to the van, I would have no hesitation in recommending their service.
