Discovered that the habitation door is a bit draughty, if you pull it towards you when you’re inside the van, the draught stops. Can the door be easily adjusted or does it require a new seal?
I apologise for all the questions but it’s a bit different on site compared to the drive at home.
Thank you for your patience

Any chance of a picture showing the fault and the locking arrangement

Depends on the door, but probably just needs the striker plate on the frame adjusting.. A five minute job. On ours its T25 Torx screws holding the plate.

The bracket on the door frame is adjustable undo the (Torx?) screws a little and move inwards a little. Do it up tight and try door.
The door may have warped a little in the middle so it shuts fine but has a draught in the middle, some you tube films on how to do this exist.

Be really careful with the bolt heads. They are really soft metal and round off easily (been there done it!!), So make sure the Allen key is a really snug fit before attempting to release. Also before starting, use a thin permanent marker to mark the original bolt positions on the latch plate, this means you know where you started from when adjusting.

I replaced the original Pilote bolts with stainless steel ones from eBay, unfortunately this was a few years ago so don't have a link.

On all of the Pilote A class I've had (3 in total) the pan head bolts for the door latch adjusters were Allen head.
