Habitation check recommendation near Castleford, West Yorkshire

Well, we may have found the van, but want a few checks doing before the final purchase.
Can anyone recommend a firm that does habitation checks and mechanical checks in the Castleford area? Or would I need different companies for each of these?
Any advice/recommendations gratefully received!
