Hab check Day

So, penultimate thing to do before we can actually get off somewhere. Reaaalllly hoping everything is OK hab check wise although we are having trouble with the electrics of the fridge and we suspect there's about a 7" damp area in the garage just not sure how bad it is as a newbie. Feeling - hopefully everything else is OK! Appointment at 9am, in for its clean on the 14th - hubby's medical on Saturday for C1 licence - please be a kind of day

Sooo fridge work (expected) bubbling to overhead cab, (is going to reseal), reseal garage doors to sort damp in garage and we need a new smoke detector. Apart from that all ok and in good condition soooooo reckon will probably be 1k all in parts and labour so hopefully then we'll be good to go

Not so bad. Is the guy sure that the damp is being caused by the door seal? Don't want to spend money on that and find out it wasn't where the water was getting in.
