Just got an email from my insurers... The AA

Actually not accurate - although the approval was effective 2 August, the recommendation is have one with you at least up to 2 Sept as it will take 30 days to get border staff updated

Green card is still required for Russia,Bielorussia,Israel,Tunisia, Turkey, Iran, Bosnia,Morocco, Etc Etc: supplied free here & year long.

Your "insurance documents " are ok as long as they can understand them . Green card has always been the ideal way.
