LIFE MEMBER
Jim has recently created a map where we can add our experiences, photos and information on to them that I dont think members are aware of, yet.
You may have noticed that there have been a few threads with blue banners on them. These threads are attached to the map.
The map (s) can be located by clicking the new "Local Guide" which then reveals the ones that have been updated to date.
Different countries and different categories (bike ride, dont miss, aire, campsite etc, can be chosen to update currently just the UK and France.
All you need to do is choose what you want to update, an aire for example, write a little ditty about a good restaurant nearby and just off the motorway, add a photograph, which could be a screenshot or snipping tool of the map, get the co ordinates from google by right clicking on the spot of the map and then pasting it into the "location" and then Robert is the brother of your Auntie.
The information on the map is only as good as what we put into it, so if you have 5 minutes waiting for the country to open, consider adding a couple to boost the map's appearance.
Click the link to see the below and then "add item"
