I'm a newbie
In the comparatively short time I've been a funster I have acquired so much info from you guys it amazes me where you gain your knowledge from. I have tried unsuccessfully to source an in depth manual for my 2007 Elnagh. The handbook that came with the van is next to useless as it mainly covers commercial vehicles and not motorhomes. As far as I can see the internet also has limited information so where do you obtain such specific knowledge.

Google etc... But you might have to trawl through lots to find what you want. Very lucky my previous owner kept every booklet for every appliance.
Have you tried here?

I also inherited every bit of paperwork from the 3 previous owners. (Last owners split up and the second owner went blind, so 3 owners explained)

That included the FIAT Manual and a very good N&B manual, with only very minor differences not specific to our model. Anyway a quick e-mail to the N&B factory gets an answer but very little has gone wrong in 11 years on a 17-year MH.

I would not buy a MH which could not replicate those items.

I too inherited most of the appliance details but what I would be interested in is an electrical circuit diagram and a works manual covering the mechanics of my particular motorhome. That is what I'm finding difficult to obtain. I punched in N&B manual / factory etc and nothing came up. Can you please tell me what N&B stands for

Thank you. With your help I might actually be getting somewhere. I googled N&B literally between posts and funny enough this time it registered. Its all in German but I'll get there. thanks again

My approach to this is to assemble instruction/installation manuals for all the items in the MH separately. The motorhome manufacturers buy in all the items like fridge, heater, water heater, electric distribution boxes etc, which are made by third party manufacturers. Most of these are available on line in electronic format (less convenient than paper but less weight too). Most appliances are common to a wide range of motorhomes, so are not specific to your make and model.

The sort of thing I'm looking for is not the appliances so much as an electrical circuit diagram, jacking points, engine fault finding, recommended oil & fuel types, payload, max roof weights, location of fuse boxes, and loads more that's not covered by the commercial vehicle hand book that came with my van

Try ringing anyone who has one for sale. Ask them to copy any paperwork you want and pay for postage etc.
