Gorge Verdon

It'll be relatively busy, some campsites will be fully booked, aires will be fullish.
Having said that, we've been twice during August and never struggled to find a spot (sometimes takes a couple of attempts).
We've found impatient drivers to be the bigger problem...

They run a one way section on the highest road to the north of he gorge, although it says no overnighting lots do in car parks and pull off areas

Been through in our 8.2m although it does say 3t limit, the road is plenty wide enough especially when one way as well

Beautiful place possibly our favourite part of France

Trigance at one end is unlikely to be full.
Lac Dr at croix will be.
Les Salle's will be
Riez will be empty because it's not very nice
Should be space at moustiers
But I would/have taken out fp and go to the lavender shop about 2kms north of st croix. Park in a truffle orchard behind locked gates. Motorbike electric bikes or fit to cycle advised.
There's also a free stop just outside aiguines on the southern road overlooking the gorge I have my eye on. Looks like it could take 5 motorhomes but unsure of local municipal action in height of summer.
Possibility of stopping near to hotel halfway along southern road but not positive about that one

The Aire at Moustiere at Marie is a good one. Get there by 3 pm ish, you should be Ok. Lovely village too.
