hi has any one got any good recipes ? bbq or oven

there must be some hairy motorhomers out there

oh: I cannot belive nobodys come up with any
here goes
dice & dry fry 1 onion add salt & peper then add 1 tin stewed steak (pek or john west prefered)and a big glug of red wine reduce or strain fluid to make gravy top with mashed spuds & grated cheese - grill or oven bake untill melted/brunt to your likeing :thumb:

Chop a tin of corned beef with mashed potatoes, put in a dish and pop in the oven until browned. Could add onions or cooked cabbage so it is like bubble and squeak.

chop 1 onion and 2 large carrots, fry off in a casserole dish. Add 6 sausages (browned under the grill) then add a packet of Colemans sausage casserole mixed with water and stick into a preheated oven at 180c or gas mark 4 for one hour. serve with mashed spuds. quick, easy and very nice.
