Yes they do as I'm sure Peter will confirm
As for your second question, how long is a piece of string
somtimes they may give you a better price than the guide stipulates due to condition and re sale ability
other times a lot less due to it being a roamin dustbin:Eeek:
so a very rough ball park figure may be given from thr guide subject to inspection,
after all would you by one on somones description without seeing it??
A dealer will only do that on rare ocassions or when it matters little dependiong on the deal

Hi Buccaneer,

You got somat to sell or you want to P/X:winky:

Seriulsy, yes we use Glass's guide but it is only a guide as in many cases it does not take into account all the different specs etc

I see you got the Facts from Geo.What more do you want?

We could tell you other things but they might not be FACTual....

We're just a bit of FUN on here too ......

A van is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.It 's sale value depends on so many things.Condition, mileage, service history and , More importantly now , Fuel usage/consumption and type of fuel to some degree.I forgot to mention the state of the market and supply and demand might also play a part.

For instance, get the first Springlike weekend and it seems from past experience, many people get thinking about getting out and about and the summer ahead. The prices seem to rise around Easter time.Of course this is all relative if you're intending buying another.

If you're trading it in against another with the same dealer you might get a slight price "concession."

For example One "Glasses Guide" is purely that....A guide to the book price.

If you're lucky you might get more, If you're not....

So to get back ON TOPIC....

To Reiterate....Geo's answer.

Yes they do as I'm sure Peter will confirm
