I have 2 6kg gasit bottles fitted to my van but no gauge any ideas on the best way on fitting a level gauge

I've Mopeka Bluetooth sensors on mine, but the website states that they aren't recommended for 6kg cylinders and to be fair, they aren't fantastic but better than nothing.

But, if I didn't have them, I think I'd just open one cylinder and use it until empty, then switch over cylinders and refill, knowing that they were both full again

My one is spot on our underslung tank and even registers the different volumes due to heat and cold having an effect. :xThumb:

I can refill mine and the sensors will tell me that one is full (or at least 80%), whilst the other could be anywhere from 0% - 80% or still hunting for level or signal, then either can be anywhere inbetween as they empty, and I'm sick of changing batteries!

I positioned my sensor so it avoids the internal float gear that will give false readings and changed the sensor refresh rate from the default every 1 second to every 10.5 seconds.
I'm getting 2 years of battery life by changing the refresh rate.

We have a single 11 kg gasit with a gasit clip on gague. It usually indicates full until about a third is left then suddenly drops to zero. It's fine as I know it's time to fill up but don't have to panic.

Same with mine, gradually drops to about 80% then suddenly goes to empty. I go to fill up and find it was still half full.
