Gas Locker Seal

We have a Bessacarr E795 2007 and wondered if anyone with the same model can take a look at their gas locker and if possible tell me if its the same as ours or are we missing something like a seal - you can see into the locker through the door seal where it sits lower than the wheel arch and water gets in and has caused rust on the small cannisters we use for our portable kit. (Water goes out through vent holes so not a major issue - also - ignore my finger in the second photo - I'm not pointing at anything!)

No problem there, its perfectly normal on that vehicle. The door is not sealed as it forms part of the gas venting arrangement.

Thanks Dave - I did wonder where a seal would fit on the door frame at the bottom. Will have to move my Gas cans elsewhere then.
