Gas locker lock sticks once handle pulled to open and sticks in open position. Interior catch remains retracted as in photo B, can manually push T piece back in (photo A) and then slam door shut.
Is it possible to dismantle lock easily to clean? Have tried WD40.
If I need a replacement does anyone know the make of lock? No ID on either interior or exterior fittings.
Thanks if anyone can help.

You should not use WD40 on locks. It is not a long term lubricant and instead it removes any lubricant that is. And it can cause plastic to expand. Try some silicone lubricant in a spray can.

Undo the 4 screws to remove the cover, lock should stay in place (note I said should), you can now see the lock mechanism. Look for wear on any plastic part. Silicon lube every thing and see what happens.
