Do the current Garmin units incorporate speed camera warnings - or is it necessary to pair with a smart phone?

Mine motorhome one is a couple of years old but has speed camera warnings as does my motorbike one which is about eight or nine years old.
Our Garmin gives fixed speed camera warnings and warnings of where mobile speed cameras are frequently located.
Except when in France, where speed camera warnings are illegal. There it warns of “dangerous 90kph Road section” / “130kph dangerous road section” etc. Interpret that as you wish.
