Garmin Express download

I am trying to up date our Garmin Camper 770 but cannot seem to down load the Garmin Express program.

I am using a small laptop with Windows 10 but no matter what I do it will not install.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

no matter what I do it will not install.

How is the problem manifesting?
Does the installer launch and complete but you can’t find the resulting application?
Or is there an error message during the install? If so, what’s the error?
The Garmin Express app is often used so someone is likely to have hit a similar problem- and better, got it working eventually.
FWIW, I’m a Windows 10 & GE user. Not had issues with Garmin apps recently/ever.

It can’t be downloaded. Sorry, poor reading skills today.
Hmm! From LesW’s Garmin link can you get to the officially hosted Garmin Express software there?
Can you try a different browser?
I find fresh installs of Windows 10’s Edge is too secure until put on lower settings or I install Chrome

Have spent the last two hours freeing up memory and now have 30Gb of free space but still will not load.

Error message is unable to load try again

So the software package DOES download but fails to install? With a pop up message saying “unable to load. Try again”

There does seem to be an issue with the Camper 770 and updating at present. I have had a call open with Garmin for some days now. I am able to update my Nuvi 2569 via Express without any issues but my unable to do any updates to my 770. Express can't even check if the 770 has any outstanding updates as it can't communicate with the Garmin servers when looking for 770 updates. Can't update from the 770 directly either as it also can't find the servers. Tried it on 2 separate machines and get the same issue. Garmin in their usual helpful way have said its a windows issue and I need to wipe my HD and reinstall windows, they couldn't explain why if it was a windows fault that it all worked fine with my Nuvi from both machines.

My Garmin is the earlier 760 Camper so perhaps a small difference but I’ve just updated Express with no problem.
I do use a Mac though.

Thanks again everyone one for your advice. Garmin have not inspired me with confidenc.

My 770 can not find the Garmin server either directly over the WiFi.

Have also left a question with Garmin support but still waiting for a reply. By the sounds of it won’t be holding my breath for a quick answer.
