Gap between awning and van (1 Viewer)

Hi,
We have a gap between our fiamma and the Motorhome. In the recent heavy rains it resembles Niagara Falls and of course the water isn’t welcome in the awning. Is there anything we can do to cure this or do we need to take it to the experts. Hopefully someone out there can advise.

Our ‘gap’ is filled by a rubber strip which was installed when the awning was fitted….
