Fuse problem

Has anyone had problems with the main engine fuse located on the engine battery connection on a fiat Ducati it's 150 amp

What is the problem..
is it the fuse keeps blowing.. if so when.. it should only be an issue on starting if theres a fault on that circut... which could actually be a mechanical problem..
If its just failing intermittently you could be shorting out somewhere with movement..
Assuming you have checked the connections are well made..
