That is from the film Helzapoppin with Whiteys Lindy Hoppers with Frankie Manning & Norma Miller.
Norma Miller (The Queen of swing) was still flying around the world sitting in on Lyndy master classes until here death in 2019 at the age of 99.
Frankie died in 209 just before his 95th birthday, he is credited with the rebirth of Lyndy in the modern era.
