It will have been fitted by Hymer your best bet is to take it off then have a look on eBay or your local motor factor, it will be a standard hose of some type.
If it's the rubber hose your talking about , when I had to replace mine I went to an industrial hose supplies company, tractors, JCB people , cost £10 then.
