Front mounted carrier (1 Viewer)

Hi all
I was driving home from work the other day and heading in the opposite direction I spotted a motorhome. It had a scooter mounted on the front of it!
I have searched and found some very old posts but nothing recently.
Does any body know if these are produced commercially anywhere or any info at all?

It would be illegal under UK & EU construction and use regulations.
Vehicle front ends have to comply with pedestrian safety regs
