Sorry pressed button too early...the stat is to operate a fan on my 3 way fridge when it gets too hot. Only instructions are in Chinese. I think the stat is wired to 1 and 2 and power to 5 and 6 but going through the fan ??

Fan live & +12v to 1 & 2, Power to 3 & 4 thermostat to 5 & 6.

Edit beaten by Richard.

Please post a link to where you bought this unit so we can have a look at what you have bought as your unit only has one set of relay terminal, so is this unit to control heating or cooling. The heating and cooling modes work in different ways.
If you had bought the one I use then I can explain the wiring up of the unit and the programming which is straight forward when you have worked it out plus it's in english.

Just in case it isn't clear, 1 & 2 are just a set of contacts which presumably close when the set temperature is reached. As mentioned, the problem is it isn't clear what the polarity is for the power supply going into 3. If we assume 3 is positive (it may not be) then connect 3 to 2 with a short loop of wire then connect 1 with the positive fan cable and connect the negative from the fan to 4. Obviously, 3 and 4 will also be connected to the 12v power supply.

This any help ?

I fitted one in mine a year or so back ,with 3 fans keeps fridge ideal temp for me .
Can't find instructions

I know not 12v :D

From your first image, model is mh1210a.

Google this and you are presented with several images, YouTube vids etc.

Looks like there are several versions by the last letter of the model number.

Got that now but where does the "probe" go /fix ?

Off the top of my head, I would reply this...

(a) If there was a separate 'probe' supplied, site it at the same place as the existing temperature probe in your fridge.

(b) If no probe supplied, take tails from the leads connected to the existing temperature probe.

I'm not sure at all though?

Edit... Just found this online. Not sure if it helps.
