Fridge not working on gas

We're at Norfolk show can anyone help with fridge please its not working on gas .the engineer at show don't repair them ,or do you know of anywhere near Norfolk or Essex thank you x

I think DMS (Direct Motorhome Services) are at the show with a stand ,they advertise on here and there website says they are fridge specialists, maybe they can help or know someone who can. (Make and model of fridge may be needed)

We asked them they won't look at it be cause they only do domestic fridge

Manual or automatic spark? Is it sparking?
Is gas on at all taps and flowing freely to cooker for instance?
Can you access the burner at the rear through the vent covers? If easy remove and blow through gas jet and burner mechanism, even thick spider web can stop flow as jet is tiny.
Is it lighting at all?

Describe the problem. Maybe it's something you can fix with guidance on here?
Has it been working whilst at the show?
Can you here the igniter clicking?
Is your leisure battery up to voltage?
Do the hob rings light?

The Caravan Technician is an Ipswich based mobile service that says they repair Thetford items and although they may not go as far as you are ,at the moment, maybe they could help if you are near them on your return trip or if you could meet them somewhere. 07879823622 (I do not know them and have not used them)

Can you explain the problem in more detail. What model fridge/age. Is the gas igniting? Can you see a flame, is the electronic ignition clicking? Have you checked all gas taps?
