Good news. Just received an email from Eurotunnel, they are extending the frequent traveller deadline.

Yes that should be correct, mine are from early 2020 although originally expiring this month they have already been extended again until the end of December after I emailed Eurotunnel asking for an extension. Hopefully if yours haven't expired yet then this should apply to you too. This is a turn-up and complete news to me.
I am not the main account holder, but a secondary holder. Consequently, I tend not to receive communications about the account direct from Eurotunnel. I'm away from home at the moment, and the main account holder is in hospital, so I can't expect them to be passing on messages.
Our account was originally opened on 9 September 2019. In the middle of last year the main account holder received notification that expiry of the account was being extended by 12 months ie to 9 September 2021.
I've got 3 unused crossings which I had mentally written off, because I can't use any within the next week!!!
But I see the note from Eurotunnel says they will "extend the validity of ALL Frequent Traveller tickets until 30 June 2022".
Wow, if that really is the case, I might not have lost 3 crossings? And I know the main account holder has some unused ones too...
If my interpretation of the communication is true, our account will have had a life of almost 34 months instead of 12?
Great news thought we were going to have to forfeit the unused journeys.Good news. Just received an email from Eurotunnel, they are extending the frequent traveller deadline.
