It’s rather annoying that ET are still running trains to France. You will be only allowed in if you are French, Hospital staff, Resident or Armed forces.

why I am annoyed (May be selfish) is that until ET stop running the trains , we will not be able to use our FT tickets which run out on the 11th May. If they stop running before that date we should be able to extend the closing dates on our FT tickets.

Sorry Vic. I am afraid that you are wrong. Just did a check this minute with ET websites and ET are still running to France. But as I said unless you are French etc etc you will not get to into France

When we last used the FT option you only had to prepay a basic single car fare

in the whole scheme of the mess we are in I would just let it go, you had a good saving on the crossings you did use ?

I was going out to Spain and I had to wait for an appt. this put it backa bit and now we cnnot go anywhere, I am going to ask ET for a refund for me and Colyboy as we are partners in the ET frequent traveller system and we will not be going anywhere frequently from now on. I think I know what their answer will be.

I was wondering what will happen with FT ? , I am booked to go in June which looks like that ain’t going to happen , i need use them by the end of august , I was hoping that they will extend it for another year

let us know how you get on , I’d be happy if they just extend my ticket for another year as I’m keen to holiday in France again soon , hopefully things will ease of in the next few months ?

How do you think they can run the trains from France to England to bring all the Brits back, if they don't run them to France to do so ?
