France Questions help.

Hi folks.
Previously only gone straight down through France, but now going for 3 weeks tomorrow. Got Aires sorted but …
A. Are the tunnel border checks still searching out food stuff??
B. Any good Naturist sites just SW of Paris? But not too close to it.
C. Where is a good and safe Aire you would recommend after arriving?? Don’t mind a few of hours drive heading in direction of Ruoen if it’s worth it.

We always head for this Aire after leaving the tunnel. It’s a free aire in a lovely walled town,a nice walk round the ramparts and a coffee in the square before we leave next morning.

We have never been checked for food stuff ,but just be prepared to loose it if you are. Highly unlikely though imo.

Heliomonde just sw of Paris but too close otherwise le colombier or Creuse.
Currently at chm.
You would be unlucky to be checked for food.
Montreuil is an hour toll free from calais

You could stop at the aire in Boulogne, just up from Nausicaa. If you want a bit further down we stop at Le Crotoy, there is aCCP aire just outside the town, although it it close to a busy road, or the aire at the harbour it is busy but big enough

Been through the tunnel recently and absolutely no checks for food inside the mh. They simply havn't got the time or staff and IMO aren't interested in you cheese or bacon

Staff are only interested in migrants (from Calais) and drugs (both ways) plus of course the usual check that your LPG/GPL is switched off.
Reports are that the new(ish) Calais aire is safe and clean but of course not free.
