Found another little gem!

Site is called Estanyet it is an ACSI site. Once again rustic but good showers and free wi fi. There is a new restaurant on site which we will try tomorrow (watch this space)
The owner is a luvverly man who made us feel very welcome.
The nearby town Les Cases d'Alcanar (one kilometre) is picture postcard pretty.
The back of the site opens right onto the shingle beach (dogs allowed this end but not near the town).

Just arrived here after reading KSebruce's post. Although we've had poor weather down the Costa Brava over the last 3 days the forecast looks good for the next week on the Costa Dorada .Everything he says looks to be true.Looking forward to eating in the site restaurant after reading other comments on the web. Thanks for letting everyone know about it.
