Has there ever been a Ford Transit cab using an Alko chassis? With the new Transit and its popularity with converters, will there be a 4500kg+ version?

Do Ford make a cab only transit.
Fiat have the rear chassis and cab chassis bolted together making it easy to buy the front end with Alko chassis.

Looking at the transit website no cab only is made, only the chassis cab
