Ford alarm issue

Hi, anyone with a new Ford based van had any trouble with the factory fitted alarm going off randomly?
Mine has been doing it last couple of nights. Sunday night the horn went off a total of 8 times! (Neighbours are a little cranky now!!)
Each time the horn would sound a continuous tone for approx 20 seconds and would not respond to the fob. Last night it started again around 10pm (only at night!?) so I've just left it unlocked for now.
Wondered if there was a simple fix before I get my pants pulled down by Ford!

Could it be something moving or flapping inside setting off the internal movement sensors, if it has them?

Can you disable them, most vehicles there is the option to lock the vehicle and disable the sensors.

Just a guess but if fob not turning it off. Change of battery ?
