I follow a bunch of rugby players on Twitter and the banter between them can be excellent, but i don't post on it.

Instagram, not even installed, I just don't get it and its one of the most popular social channels.

I've flatly refused to open a TikTok channel, I can only dance when I'm drunk so generating content for it would be fun but bad for my health

Don't do Twitter or Instagram (sorry) I do have a Facebook account but rarely use it and when I do it is to look at something Motor Home related or to find a restaurant and I never accept friend requests or ask for any (bit like I am in real life according to my missus)

Normally we have around 600 a month register for the site, over lockdown that went over 1800. Unfortunately, 97% of people can get all they need out of Fun without paying a sub, so stay as read only members.

We could do that, but by being open I think its works out better in the end, people keep coming back and may eventually subscribe. Some people lurk for years before they subscribe, others do it within minutes of getting here.
