Follow ignore start conversation

I am trying to speak with a funster regarding my van but when I look for the above, the Start conversation is not available but it is on everyone else’s ?
Any light on why this could be pls

Some people dont allow conversations to be started with them...its in settings.

I think if you click on his user name you can then converse

No it don’t allow that

Some people don't want to be contacted and can opt-out. There is nothing you can do. Except....maybe call them out with the @ tool on the forum and ask them to contact you.
