Folkestone Leisure Centre

I wonder if anyone has parked up at the Leisure Centre in Folkestone recently. We parked there in September but it doesn't seem to be available. If not available can any funsters recommend a stop over please?

We use Little Switzerland site as our son lives in Folkestone and we stay a few days before getting train over to France, there is the Valiant Sailor pub next to the Battle of Britain memorial which I believe you just ring them book on and as long as you have a few beers or a meal its free.

Three Hills behind Morrison's is available but you might get moved on. It's not an aire but loads have parked there.

I have a friend that works there as a volunteer and says that sadly last summer there was rubbish left and dog shit on the playing fields. It's obviously blamed on overnighters.

Also some dick blocked in an ambulance. There is an ambulance station on the left as you drive in off Cheriton Road right up against the football club wall. Generally ambulances are easy to spot...... Even the Volvo estates....
