Flat spot on tyres

Drive your vehicle as often as you can 👍
Unless the flat spots are from handbrake turns, in which case the answer is clear, don't do it

Only time it could be much of a problem is if it has been caused by locking the wheels and skidding to a stop.
Most vehicles now ABS prevents that.
Any flat spot due long term being parked up should disappear after a few miles driving.

Check you tyre pressures regularly.

Go for a short drive once a week. This has many benefits IMO. Flexes and warms the tyres. Stirs the engine fluids. A small charge into the batteries. Drive with the windows open and blow some fresh air through the van. Keeps the dreams fresh and alive.

I'm not so sure, I read the flat spot can become imbedded and when the wheels do turn, the additional flexing caused by the flat spot can cause overheating and often a blowout

Agree 100% The Old Man .. However lots of Funsters prefer to park their "dreams" up for months on end and SORN them to save a few quid!
