Fixing a Garmin BC40 rear view camera (1 Viewer)

Hi all, I am somewhat of a massive noob when it comes this sort of thing. I have ordered a Garmin BC40 camera and seeking advice on how to best fit it. I don't want it mounted on the number plate but further up nearer the roof (I bought the camper mount).
Should I screw it in place and if so what's the best practice doing this and what sort of screws should I use? Or is using some kind of waterproof adhesive a better idea? I'd like the option of taking it off and transferring it to a different van if I ever get one in the future.
If it's relevant, my van is a 2014 Autosleeper Broadway.

Ok Garmin sat nav experts . . .
On my 780 I have a camera button on top right of screen.
No mention of it in manual and not present on pictures of screen in manual.
Anyone know what it's for please ?
I assume the options of BC 40 or maybe the dash cam, it'd be nice to know for sure though.

PS it makes a shutter sound when pressed but of course no camera

Have you got speed camera notifications on your satnav, if so the camera picture is for notifying of a camera location not warned about.

Ah ok, yes it does seem to have speed camera notifications.
I've also been pressing the camera button willy nilly so maybe a lot of false notifications around too
Is that how it works ?
